Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team specializing in water and fire damage restoration services. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a solid understanding of the restoration industry, and experience in related fields such as construction or emergency services

. This role is essential for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and securing contracts for our restoration services. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities are paramount for success in this position

Key Responsibilities:

•Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out and develop new client relationships and potential restoration projects.

•Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective sales plans aimed at achieving company growth objectives.

•Negotiate Contracts: Skillfully negotiate favorable service agreements with clients and insurance companies.

•Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure exceptional client satisfaction throughout the sales and service process, fostering trust and positive experiences.

•Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Keep informed about the latest advancements, regulations, and best practices within the restoration industry.

Skills and Experience:

•Sales Experience: A proven track record in sales is required, with a preference for experience in the restoration or related industries.

•Knowledge of Restoration Processes: A strong understanding of water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and other relevant services is considered crucial.

•Strong Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders is essential for building relationships and securing contracts.

•Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with clients is key to successful sales in this industry.

•Experience with Insurance Claims: Knowledge of working with insurance companies and understanding claims processes is highly beneficial.

•Experience in construction or emergency services can provide valuable insights into the restoration process and customer needs.

•Experience with industry-specific software such as Xactimate, DASH, or MICA can be valuable for estimating and claim processing.

Qualifications & Additional Considerations:

•While not always required, candidates are encouraged to pursue relevant certifications such as those from the IICRC (e.g., WRT, FSRT) to demonstrate expertise.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Our patented Titan 5000 Desiccant Dehumidifiers represent the only major advancement in desiccant technology in the last 40 years. It uses one quarter of the fuel of a standard, generator-driven desiccant dehumidifier, and at 67 decibels, they are very quiet, minimizing business interruption.

Our patented Portable Sublimation Vacuum Freeze Dryer is also a unique piece of equipment, as we can bring this machine to our customers, which is crucial for those vital and confidential documents that cannot leave the premises. With large caster wheels it will not damage the floor during setup and relocation, and it can dry up to 50 banker-boxes worth of documents at a time.

Insight Restoration can also offer many specialty services, such as: content cleaning, sewer backup, formaldehyde, hoarder, eviction and foreclosure clean-ups, as well as building climate control.
