Mitigation Team Coordinators will work with clients, adjusters, project managers and all divisions of the company for water, mold, fire and storm damage jobs on residential and commercial property. Ability to be on scene after property disasters to gather job documentation, coordinating and assisting PM as needed.

During peak business times, you may be asked to manage and perform certain aspects of the above listed types of jobs. We are a 24/7 disaster based business and ready to serve. No two days will ever be the same!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage job file documentation, paperwork, inventories, and efficiencies on job site.
  • Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure job is running efficiently and updated in Dash, Encircle or database.
  • Be able to handle stress and be flexible in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Be able to exercise good judgement in making decisions, optimistic, great attitude, and positive force within the company.
  • Be able to prioritize multiple tasks, have a sense of urgency to complete projects and be detailed oriented.
  • Ability to produce sub-contractor budgets from estimates for reconstruction services, manage the budgets and subcontractors.
  • Assist accounting department collecting accounts receivables.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintains departmental policies, standards and procedures.
  • Work with Project Manager to understand, evaluate and execute the work.
  • Find and develop new sub-contractor relationships as necessary.
Requirements:

·         Work well with others, in a large working environment and in the office, could be in different environments at different times.
  • Knowledge of all mitigation aspects of disaster restoration from start to completion.
  • Be skilled using Word and Excel and be comfortable with technology in general.
·         Have the management and training skills to empower people to get the right paperwork in by the correct time nightly. 
·         Ability to learn software programs such as Xactimate, Encircle, Dash.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry and inventory control skills.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Good driving record and valid driver’s license. 
  • Must pass background check.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work extra hours during emergencies when needed.
·         Be able to travel on short notice.
Experience:

  • Water/Fire/Mold mitigation experience: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Xactimate: 2+ years (Preferred)

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
